I received a sad e-mail from my friend, Amie, saying that their former home burned down. It made me sad to hear that news, but I was more emotional than I expected when I drove by tonight to take a look at it. Even though it's been a few years since they lived in that house, I can still picture walking in that front door and all the memories inside that house when they did live there.
Say a prayer for the current owners of this home-that everyone is safe and well. Then...take time to tell an old friend that you miss them and love them!
