Today was Week 4 of The Biggest Loser at work. This week I lost 14 oz...making my total recorded loss 10lbs. 2 oz. Here's how it works...everyone who wanted to participate weighed in for the first time and paid $5 to join the 12-week competition. Then if you gain (even an ounce each week) have to pay $2. So far I haven't had to pay. Seems like I've been on a bi-weekly pattern--be serious about losing one week...but be super-serious about losing the next week. Last week I was serious; this coming week=super-serious again. Time to buckle down again!

Wow - 10lbs is impressive! Are you on an eating plan too or just the Jillian tape?

I'm not on an "official eating plan," but I am eating better. During the week is much easier than the weekends for making healthy choices! During the week, I eat a granola bar for breakfast; vegetables/fruit/sometimes small portion of pork/fish/turkey/chicken for lunch; and various dinners. I'm drinking lots of water, and only having 1 diet drink a day. I've decreased my "snacking" too--if I do snack-it's healthier that what I was choosing! The weekends are a different story--pizza, cheese quesadilla, and even a hamburger happy meal! I hardly have to give any insulin in my insulin pump to cover my meals during the week, but on the weekends--I'm definately eating more carbs that I have to cover with insulin ! So far, so to stay motivated! :)
