Beef Strogan-off

Tonight for dinner I made Beef Strogan-off. Why the hyphen in "stroganoff?" Well...because I was ready to clean "off" the table as soon as I served it. Yuck!

The good news is that Hubby and our boy liked it! Oh...and our girl...she was happy with just the noodles.

I tried a new chicken strogonoff recipe the other day that's in the crock pot that you might like better. SO EASY!:
Chicken Breasts
Can of Cream of Mushroom
Sour Cream (8oz, more if you're a big fan)
Pkt of Onion Soup Mix

Let it cook on low for several hours and the serve it over the egg noodles. The chicken will just break up with a fork. Very yummy!!
